Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Recruitment Process Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates.
Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screening of candidates, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and in-person interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job specifications, and team dynamics.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Generate reports and provide insights on recruitment metrics.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in the technology or AI industry.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and social media recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
