* Impact on candidates experience – create a positive and engaging recruiting experience for all candidates. Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
* Find the right talent: utilize diverse channels and tools to promote talent sourcing. Review, screen, and conduct interviews with potential candidates. Build and maintain a robust candidate database.
* Generate and analyze data, KPIs, insights reports, and ROI to optimize recruitment strategies.
* Enhance our employer branding.

* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

* Clear understanding of technical terms and roles within the hi-tech industry.
* Familiarity with Comeet ATS is an advantage.
