This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Leader and is a part of a global team that will work together on making us an employer of choice and a place where people can bring their authentic selves to work and thrive.
How will you contribute?
Partner closely with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and act as a strategic talent advisor, providing insights and recommendations to meet those needs effectively.
Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms and networking events.
Collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials that reflect our unique culture and mission.
Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline by proactively identifying and engaging with passive candidates.
Own the negotiation process with final stage candidates, from offer to acceptance.
Track and analyze the effectiveness of different strategies to learn from experience, and continuously improve our acquisition processes to attract and retain diverse, world class talent.
Create and own an amazing candidate experience.
Participate in and organize career fairs, meetups, and other industry events to promote our Health and attract top talent.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and innovation in our talent acquisition strategies.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback from candidates and hiring managers and making data-driven adjustments to recruitment processes.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives throughout the recruitment process to build a diverse and inclusive workforce.
What qualifications and skills will help you to be successful?
7+ years of Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner , working closely with product & R&D leaders and growing teams.
Experience in a global startup organization (SaaS B2B), where youve seen growth and how success looks like.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in using social media and other digital platforms for recruitment purposes.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.
Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion in talent acquisition.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
