As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for hiring the best talents across various roles, including Software Engineers, Product, Design, and Management. Your mission is to source, attract, and engage top candidates to drive our success.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role.
Proactively and creatively source and reach out to candidates, on different social media platforms.
Actively engage with candidates to attract them to join Zemingos team.
Actively manage hiring processes A-Z, while engaging with hiring managers, and leading the process forward while addressing and resolving any issues that arise.
Be responsible for meeting hiring needs and goals.
Regularly manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with the management team.
Screening and interviewing potential hires, conducting personal interviews, and streamlining the companys hiring process.

Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience as a technical Talent Acquisition
At least 2 years of experience with in-house recruitment
Work experience with Comeet Big plus!
Hands-on experience in a wide range of sourcing strategies and practices – database mining and search experience in various platforms (social networks, X-ray tool, boolean search, etc.)
Proven ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and develop creative approaches to sourcing and engaging candidates
Excellent Hebrew and English communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to work in a dynamic & fast-paced environment.
