We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition & Office Admin to join our team on a maternity leave replacement basis and play a crucial role in our growth journey. As a Talent Acquisition & Office Admin, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process end-to-end, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
* Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking).
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
* Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment progress.
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure a productive and comfortable work environment.
* Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed.
* Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, working with vendors and service providers.
* Support HR functions, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.

Requirements:
* Proven experience of at least 1 year in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment – preferred for Sales / Marketing / Customer Success positions.
* Fluent English and Hebrew level is a must (both verbal and written).
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficient in using recruitment and HR tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, HRIS).
* Proactive approach and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Excellent project management skills and familiarity with office management procedures.
* Great ambition to work in a dynamic, global, and fast-paced environment.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
