Responsibilities:
● Be the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing guidance in line with company policies and procedures.
● Manage the full life cycle of the hiring process.
● Make our candidate experience a team-wide priority.
● Responsibility for the well-being experience of the employees through providing updated solutions in various fields of employee lifecycle.
● Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
● Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes
● Ensure HR systems are up-dated, and able to leverage insights based on data to assess and impact the business units.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles within the tech industry.
● Proven E2E expertise in technical recruiting, with experience in utilizing the Greenhouse applicant tracking system.
● Proven experience in leading HR processes, including: Onboarding and off-boarding, performance review cycle, engagement survey, facilitation of group sessions, top talent retention and separations.
● Strong consulting, communication and influencing skills with proven ability to position as a trustedpartner.
● Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
● Creative mindset with a passion for branding and design.
● Strong data analytics skills.
● Familiarity with working within a global team.
