We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team in the automotive industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system development, integration, and testing, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in systems engineering. As a Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in implementing complex automotive systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.

Requirements Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements, translating them into detailed design specifications and system architecture.
System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various subsystems and components into a cohesive automotive system, ensuring compatibility and functionality.
Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans and procedures to validate system performance, reliability, and safety according to industry standards and regulations.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to system design and implementation, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Documentation and Reporting: Create comprehensive documentation including system designs, test reports, and technical specifications. Provide regular progress updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to automotive systems engineering. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system design processes and methodologies.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field- MUST . Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems engineering- MUST
Experience with Linux operating systems and shell scripting- MUST
Strong understanding of automotive systems, including electrical/electronic architectures, CAN/ETH communication protocols.
Experience with automotive development processes (e.g., ASPICE, AUTOSAR) and automotive safety standards (ISO 26262) an advantage.
Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work in a cross-functional team environment.
