we are looking for a system engineer to join our Professional Services Team at the Israel office.
Your Role as system engineer:
The Professional Services Team is a group of IT security experts, system and network security professionals, continuously engaging with our customers to provide innovative cybersecurity management solutions. You will join a technical team to provide advanced technical and system assistance for our products.
As a member of the IT team, your responsibilities will include ensuring published service level agreements are met and that there is adequate personnel coverage to meet the needs of the company and support its customer base. You will also communicate with the company’s customers and handle the system’s response to requirements.

Requirements:
· 3-4 years of experience in a hands-on IT technical position such as Software Engineer, Network Engineer, L2+ Technical Support, or System Administrator/Engineer.
· Understanding of network protocols and configurations: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
· Experienced with network infrastructure, architecture, and services.
· Experienced in VMWare ESX & VCenter configuration and management
· Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and software.
· Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
· 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing support position.
· Advanced experience with Azure Cloud.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Ability to work flexible hours and respond promptly to critical issues 24/6. (No shift work)
· Commitment to self-development and the professional growth of others.
· Full proficiency in English.
