EyeMed Technologies is a small and well-funded start up in Ophthalmological medical device arena.
Eyemed Technologies develops unique solutions for lens adjustment post Cataract surgery, the most frequently performed surgery in the World.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW
EyeMed is developing a new post-surgically adjustable IOLs for Cataract surgery.
Opto-mechanical micro implants made of Nitinol and special optical materials with an integrated non-invasive remote adjustability for optimization of patient vision.

JOB OVERVIEW and KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a System Engineer, you will be part of the R&D Team that is developing a miniature implant for the eye.
• Responsibility for the product development plan (including system DRs).
• Responsibility for the product design file (requirements, FMEA, specs…).
• Responsibility for the V&V plan, testing definition and methodologies, project lead.
• Responsibility for the invivo testing end to end.
• Provide leadership and guidance on project plans and delivery commitments.
Be a part of a multidisciplinary team that is responsible for developing medical products from the conception stage to realization.
You will utilize engineering principles, technical skills, teamwork, and creative problem solving to deliver high quality class III medical devices.
