What will you do?
Proactively Monitor and analyze our environment from discovery and inventory perspectives.
Handles discovery and inventory-related queries from sales engineers and customer success managers.
Works to adjust our inventory for our customer's needs and escalate them to management and Product.
Identify, diagnose, and fix (based on run-book and knowledge) Incidents that are raised through Monitoring Tools or other teams.
Create tickets and escalate them to higher-level security analysts and developers.
Working closely with other teams to provide recommendations for improving our discovery.
Maintain strong knowledge and awareness of the consistent development of our product.
Assist in the investigation and/or the resolution of problems that caused Incidents, in the scope of the responsibilities.
