Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and security-oriented system Administrator with 3-5 years of hands-on experience to join our IT team. Responsible for maintaining, configuring, and securing our organizations infrastructure, with a strong focus on networking, virtualization, and firewall administration. Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor internal infrastructure, including servers, networks, virtualization platforms, and firewalls. Administer and maintain systems such as VMware /Hyper-V and backup solutions. Configure and maintain network devices (switches, routers, firewalls) with a focus on security best practices. Apply security patches, hardening procedures, and proactively monitor for threats and vulnerabilities. Respond to technical system support tickets and incidents in a timely and customer-focused manner. Document system configurations, processes, and procedures clearly and accurately. Collaborate with other IT staff to plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and improvements. Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards.
