Responsibilities:
Strategic Supply Chain Management: Lead the planning, implementation, and execution of supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, cost, and quality. Your expertise will drive improvements in our procurement, inventory management, and distribution processes. Advanced Negotiations: Utilize your experience to conduct high-level negotiations with suppliers, aiming to secure favorable terms, reduce costs, and ensure a reliable supply of materials. Building and maintaining strategic partnerships will be key to success. Logistics Optimization: Oversee our logistics operations, including quality control, warehouse management, and transportation. You will ensure that our products are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner, meeting both internal and external standards. ERP Mastery: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in using Priority as our ERP system to manage inventory, track shipments, and analyze supply chain performance. Your ability to leverage technology will be critical in driving efficiency and insights. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You will lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal departments to align supply chain operations with business objectives. Leadership and Development: Guide and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving our strategic goals.
· Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. · A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supply chain Planner role, with proven leadership capabilities. · Extensive experience in working with Priority ERP software, with the ability to utilize its full range of functionalities for supply chain optimization. · Demonstrated ability to lead negotiations and build strong relationships with suppliers and partners. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of improving supply chain efficiency. · Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
