The opportunity:
The candidate’s prime responsibility is to oversee the company's supply chain and logistics strategy to maximize the process efficiency and productivity. In addition, to develop and maintain excellent relationships with vendors.
Requirements:
• Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy, including determining key supply chain KPI’s, and process continuous improvement.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner.
• Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing teams to determine best vendors.
• Build and develop relationships with key suppliers and customers.
• Review quotations, order materials and services as negotiated and appropriately approved.
• Prepare, approve, and issue purchase orders in accordance with company policy and negotiated terms and conditions.
• Maintain supply chain files and track Purchasing activity and measurements.
• Inventory and warehouses management.
