The position
The MEQ (Mobileye Quality) team is responsible to implement standards such as ASPICE, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 and ISO 9001 across the entire organization, and work with all departments to achieve best practices and unified work processes. The MEQ team is working both with Mobileye's internal departments, customers, and suppliers to achieve the best quality of our products.
What will your job look like:
Define and implement cross company processes
Working closely with the departments to improve quality
Define and perform training (processes, best practices, implementation of processes via correct use of tools, etc.)
Work with management, set a quality work plan and measurable quality goals
Perform internal assessments, and support external assessments
Project management of gaps closure (tasks, owners, milestones, progress) for internal and external audits
Support Quality related issues with customers and suppliers
All you need is:
Experience in implementing standards, such as IATF-16949, VDA 6.3, or ISO 17025.
At least 2 years' experience of evaluation and auditing manufacturing suppliers in the automotive industry – an advantage
At least 2 years' experience with mass production processes in the automotive industry, HW and SW – an advantage
B.Sc. in Software Engineering, or equivalent
Experience with cross-company work
Highly organized, able to follow-up on many complicated tasks in parallel, interfacing with many varied technical stakeholders
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)Experience in SW environments AND HW – an advantage
Experience with software testing methods, tools, and environments – an advantage
