The opportunity
The person we seek will be responsible for order management, invoicing and supply service for customers within the TAPI India organization. The person will be responsible for ensuring a proper customer service level, working in close collaboration with TAPI sites supply chain and global commercial Supply Chain.
How you’ll spend your day
 Responsible for order management, supply services, shipping coordination and invoicing activities for products and customers under his/her responsibility
Responsible to maintain a proper communication process with the production sites across various geographies, account managers and customers
Responsible to report & review KPI's for service measurement for products and customers under his/her responsibility.
Responsible to monitor backorder to 3rd party customer and expected Backorder.
Responsible to build the supply picture for TAPI Commercial Organization.
Support short term opportunities raised by account managers, providing response on ability to supply and potential required trade off
Working with the sales office on inventory without demand to try to increase sales and reduce inventory
Customer-oriented pro-active attitude takes initiative, creates an achievement environment
Anticipates and plans for potential risks; develops corresponding contingency plans.
Good communication skills; ability to partner with and influence others without direct authority; build consensus and look for collaboration with people from different departments and all levels
Good analytical skills
Defines and uses performance indicators in the area of responsibility to monitor and improve operational performance
