Responsibilities:
Strategic Communications:
Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans, including company all-hands meetings, leadership forums, and board meetings.
Craft compelling narratives and presentations to effectively convey strategic messages and updates.
Support the CEOs office in preparing and delivering key communications across the company.
Cross-Company Initiatives:
Lead project management of cross-functional initiatives, while collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategic projects.
Analysis and Reporting:
Conduct research and analysis to support strategic discussions and evaluations.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements:
1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in consulting, internal communications, or a related field.
Superb presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
