The engagement with this community is focused on two avenues: The first is the formulation of the partnerships in a way that maximizes the opportunity and value for all involved (the company, clinicians, Sheba). The second is the management of the community of startups that are under the umbrella and creating value that supports the success and growth of the companies in their developmental, regulatory, clinical, and financial trajectories.
Role responsibility as part of the Startup unit:
Managing the entire evaluation, negotiation, and onboarding process of the best companies into
Main Responsibilities:
Leading the collaboration formation of startup companies with and Sheba in terms of all involved parties: startups, clinicians, and Sheba.
Managing the commercial negotiation and legal processes with companies while maximizing the opportunity and creating a win-win.
Leading and executing the active efforts in order to achieve goal of recruiting the best companies:
Mapping and identifying the needs and gaps at Sheba and the network that require a technological solution.
Scouting for the most suitable and best solutions and companies in the local and global market (as relevant).
Proactively approaching the selected companies and striving to create interest and partnership aligned with the needs and the involved clinicians.
Support and consulting regarding the maintenance of existing agreements – renewal, update, etc.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Law, Business Administration, and any other relevant field)
2-3 years of commercial experience in negotiations and agreements Required
Familiarity with the Health/Medical arena meaningful advantage
Work experience with executives and peer management – advantage
High communication skills (verbal, reading, and writing) in both Hebrew and English
Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Law, Business Administration, and any other relevant field)
