Requirements:
3+ years experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered impactful products
Deep expertise and at least 5 years of experience writing in JAVA and modern frameworks
Passion for being at the leading edge of technology, with a minimum of 7 years of hands-on software development experience, solving complex engineering problems
Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
