* Provide expert guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering innovation and technical excellence while sharing your experience and demonstrating your expertise in building our market-leading product.
* Oversee the engineering department in research and design initiatives, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
* Planned and executed engineering strategies that aligned with Chargeflow's goals and objectives.
* Design and implement the infrastructure of the system including the ingestion, algorithms, performance optimizations, and interactive applications.
* Build a highly scalable data platform for diversified and complex data flows.
* Have and lead end-to-end ownership: Design, build, ship, measure, and maintain our backend services. You build it — you own it!
* Work closely with our fantastic product team that created an industry-leading SaaS Led-Growth product.

Requirements:
What It Takes:
* 7+ years of experience in backend software development with TypeScript, and NodeJS – Must!
* 2+ years of experience in technical leading roles – Must
* 4+ years of experience with AWS cloud Serverless infrastructures and architectures – Must
* Experience in designing and maintaining event-driven Microservices – Must
* Deep expertise with products like API Gateway, Lambda, CloudFormation, SAM, and EventBridge.
* Several years of experience designing with both NoSQL, specifically MongoDB and relational databases.
* Experience in building infrastructure, choosing and integrating tools and best practices around development speed, velocity, and standardization
