Position Overview:
Your role will be to own and drive initiatives related to improving software quality, stability, reliability, and usability.
Youll be able to do this by leveraging your quality assurance mindset and your technical chops.
You will use tools and procedures to validate the quality of cloud services and the mobile and web software we ship to our customers.
You will be creating and executing tests, test plans and analyzing test results to find defects during the software development process.
Responsibilities.
Develop, implement, and maintain testing strategies, plans, and procedures to ensure high software quality.
Work closely with development teams to identify and resolve defects and bugs in early stages of the development cycle.
Design, develop, and execute automated tests using Automation tools to ensure product quality.
Analyze test results, create detailed reports, and present them to stakeholders.
Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
Keep up to date with new testing tools and test strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Work collaboratively in Agile environment to identify and prioritize testing strategies.
Help the team evaluate risk, quality, and/or stability of products and services.
Collaborate with Product Support and customers to resolve customer issues.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in software quality assurance.
