We are in search of a detail-oriented and analytical Business Data Analyst to join our growth team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in data analysis, a self-learner with a strong drive to excel, and a proven track record of turning data into actionable insights.
What Youll Do:
Data Analysis and Interpretation:
Conduct comprehensive data analysis using analytics tools (Amplitude, ThoughtSpot) to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Translate complex data sets into actionable recommendations for product improvements and strategic initiatives.
Performance Metrics and Reporting:
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for product performance.
Create and present regular reports and dashboards to stakeholders, providing clear and concise summaries of findings.
Data-driven Decision Making:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven decision-making into product roadmap .
Support A/B testing and other data-driven experiments to improve marketing outcomes.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with product managers and other team members to understand business goals and data needs.
Communicate complex data insights in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Data Integrity and Quality:
Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data by implementing best practices for data collection, processing, and storage.
Identify and resolve data quality issues.
Reporting and Infrastructure:
Build and maintain reports, ThoughtSpot dashboards, and KPIs to monitor performance.
Develop data processes and build data infrastructure for relevant stakeholders.
Build and enhance multiple fact, dim and marts in DBT environment to be used utilized by advanced analytics tools.

Working in DBT environment and git hub – Advantage
Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.
