We are looking for a People Solutions Specialist to join our People Operations team in Tel-Aviv, Israel on a hybrid basis.
We care deeply about what we do and want to inspire play, every day – whether in our work environments alongside our talented colleagues, or through our deep connections with our communities of players. We are a global team of game lovers who are developing, publishing and innovating the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people around the world daily.
What You Will Do:
Be the go-to person for all People Operations queries for the assigned business area; handle employee inquiries, identify needs, process necessary transactions, and escalate issues as required
Be a trusted partner for your stakeholders (People Business Partners, Managers) and provide advice and recommendations on employee relations and local employment legislation. Also, I work cross-functionally effectively and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders (especially IT and Finance) within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Be responsible for all aspects of your business areas employee lifecycle: Ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, documenting new hires into our HRIS, and administering their monthly benefits
Prepare and submit employment data changes for new hires, transfers, and promotions.
Review policies and procedures and define new ones, ensuring we are compliant in all of our labor processes and local legislation
Prepare and deliver termination paperwork, including the preparation of exit interview surveys and coordination of all off-boarding activities
Maintain employee records and files while focusing on data integrity, compliance, security, and organization
Coordinate and own contractor and temporary employee processes, including completing contractor agreements and tracking/notifying relevant parties when a contractor/temporary employee is starting/terminating
Handle HR audits and filings related to our local Social Security, workers’ compensation, and benefits
Ensure that our working space is adequate and resolve any issues
Ensure compliance postings are current and mandatory training is complete (e.g., Health & Safety)
Manage the relationships with external service providers such as Payroll providers, labor and immigration lawyers, relocation providers, and benefits suppliers
Responsible for ensuring timely review and approval of all invoices and expense claims
Liaison point between the Finance team and local Finance providers, and assisting with issues as needed
Support the implementation and administration of Global People Operations programs such as people review, benefits, HRIS, and global mobility.
Assist with the day-to-day operations of other entities as needed.
Partner with the account team and handle local finance and count payments.
