A leading global technological company is seeking for motivated and skilled Global Website Product and Operation Sr.Manager to join our digital marketing team. As the Global Website Product and Operation Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our website customer journey. Your expertise in product website management, website operation, digital journey, SEO, segmentation will be crucial in driving targeted traffic, increasing brand visibility, and maximizing conversion and more. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for analytics, great team player and leader, exceptional management and communication skills, amazing digital product manager and website operation and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned):
• Strategic Planning, Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for web-based projects that align with the company’s business goals and digital presence.
• Managing our website product vision and roadmap, manage the website operation team, boosting the company SEO presence and lead our digital growth efforts.
• Manage the User Experience Optimization, Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance the user experience on the company’s web platforms. Monitor user interactions and solicit feedback to continuously improve usability and engagement.
• Manage the conversion funnel, and corresponding goals, leveraging on-site behavior and analytics to achieve business targets
• Partner with demand generation team to achieve growth goals through multichannel efforts while understanding customer behavior and preferences
• Partner with Analytics teams to understand and improve customer journeys leveraging data and insights from multiple platforms
• Monitor media channel performance and make recommendations for conversion optimization improvements
• Drive strategy and roadmap planning for digital customer experiences across multiple products, journeys and personas that boost website engagement and drive growth
• Work closely with the content team to build strategies that attract and retain customers. Work with content managers and marketing teams to ensure that content is high-quality, relevant, and SEO-optimized and align with overall marketing strategies.
• Regularly analyze web performance metrics and use insights to drive improvements. Prepare detailed reports on web activity, user behavior, and new trends in digital technologies. Build A/B tests, user testing optimization, personalization and more.
• Day to Day operation and project management. Manage the daily website operation, manage multiple digital projects, set kpis, timelines, allocate resources, and ensure that all tasks and projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in digital marketing and web development to incorporate best practices and innovative solutions into the company’s strategy.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in paid media to ensure a competitive edge.
• Manage budgets effectively to achieve goals and maximize ROI.
• Keep track of KPIs and regularly report on performance to stakeholders.
