KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive and execute key global talent and people solutions priorities locally. Execute activities related to WDs talent management and total rewards processes to achieve intended outcomes.
Partner with leaders to execute a talent strategy that aligns with the global people priorities. Pro-actively consult on the country-level people agenda and engage as a trusted advisor to the senior leaders for mid to long-term planning.
Ensure all compliance and core people processes are governed and updated as needed with an ongoing focus on the intended employee experience while also mitigating risks.
Forge strong partnerships with the people ecosystem, including center of excellence partners, to identify fit-for-purpose solutions for country-wide impact.
Identify, assess and share key people themes or trends, take action as required and align with global COE for local implementation. Support as required in partnership with local management any crisis affecting employees.
Facilitate change management initiatives with a focus on culture, leadership capabilities, and engagement.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
10 + years of progressive experience, with a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles
Product Engineering / Semiconductor Industry preferred.
Demonstrates an inclusive leadership style with an emphasis on results and developing high-performing team members.
Possesses strong business acumen; understands competitor and industry dynamics and overall business operations
Exercises a global mindset and approaches differences with curiosity; global experience preferred.
Systems thinking with the ability to define connections and interdependencies.
Data fluency with the ability to consult with data-driven insights to help leaders and teams make effective decisions that drive the right outcomes.
Excellent communication skills and diplomacy with the ability to navigate or influence even the most strongly held opinions.
