This role is responsible for maximizing the profitability of DTC (OR & Fr.) channel by deciding & recommending most consumer centric range (width & depth) in line with merchandising strategy and by delivering maximum possible product Sell thru with careful planning and working closely with Trading & Allocation team during the season.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of key strategic priorities in line with the company and market merchandising framework.
Preparing Option Plan at the beginning of every season for the channel as part of GTM milestone.
Working closely with CTC team to ensure proper segmentation for the channel.
Ensuring orders are prepared keeping EM/CTC guidelines and region/stores needs in mind.
Ensuring OTB budget is met and ISC, Campaigns, Hype drops, in-season buying, etc. are managed well.
Meeting all GTM & EM milestones including Reviews.
Monitoring inwards vs. plan with SCM team and sharing progress/action plan.
Monitoring all imp. launches for the channel closely including inwards & performance tracking.
Review product performance at BU, category & store level and provide insights to the team on findings & recommendations.
Support new store launches and other initiatives trading calls, workstreams, Disc. Master, etc. Support the improvement of all merchandising systems and tools.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent attention to detail and analysis skills
Strong work ethic willing to put long hours of work when required
Advanced Excel capabilities
Excellent command of English
Understanding of retail management systems and back office
Structured, process oriented at the same time approachable and strong interpersonal skills
SAP Retail, ALS knowledge is a strong advantage
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University degree in Fashion / Marketing / Business
8-10 years merchandising or product planning experience
