What you'll do:
Own the entire data infrastructure, analytics & reporting in the demand gen area of the business from beginning to end.
Leverage advanced analytics to assess the effectiveness of sales-assisted demand generation campaigns.
Shape and create Salesforce-based object pipelines, ensuring accurate and actionable data for decision-making.
Drive and lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives in order to enable data standardization, increase data consumption and boost data-driven decision making.
Analyze customer behavior, sales data, and pipeline metrics to identify revenue growth opportunities.
Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Build and maintain user-friendly and informative dashboards, reports, and presentations in order to enable day-to-day and strategic data-driven decision making.
Foster a relationship of trust and cooperation with the stakeholders, creating an atmosphere of knowledge sharing and collaboration.

5+ years of experience as a data analyst. Previous experience with Salesforce data structures – a major advantage.
Previous experience in a consulting firm – an advantage.
Able to independently manage relationships with senior exec stakeholders. Collaborative team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills, combined with the ability to be assertive and push back when needed.
High proficiency in SQL is a must.
Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI or similar).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must.
B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Math, Statistics, Science/Data Systems Management, or equivalent background.
