The Senior Contingent Workforce Business Process Analyst will be responsible for leading the evaluation, optimization, and implementation of sophisticated processes related to the management and utilization of contingent workers within Wester Digital. This role involves applying advanced analytical skills to identify complex workflow inefficiencies, driving strategic initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to elevate the management of temporary, contract, and freelance personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Strategy and Design:
Lead the development and execution of the organization’s contingent workforce process strategy, encompassing sourcing, onboarding, contract management, performance evaluation, and offboarding.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for process enhancement, automation, and alignment with business objectives.
Design end-to-end processes that maximize efficiency, compliance, and the overall experience of contingent workers and internal stakeholders.
Process Analysis and Optimization:
Conduct comprehensive analyses of existing contingent workforce management processes, identifying pain points, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Utilize advanced data analytics to generate insights and recommendations for process optimization, cost reduction, and risk mitigation.
Implement process improvements and track their impact on key performance metrics.
Technology Integration and Innovation:
Evaluate and select advanced technology solutions and tools that enable seamless contingent workforce management.
Collaborate with IT and procurement teams to oversee the implementation, integration, and maintenance of technology platforms.
Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies, such as AI, machine learning, and analytics, to enhance contingent workforce processes.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Collaborate with HR, legal, compliance, finance, and other departments to ensure cross-functional alignment and cohesive execution of contingent workforce strategies.
Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader in contingent workforce management, contributing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Stay abreast of evolving labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to contingent workforce management.
Develop and maintain robust processes and documentation to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, including proper worker classification and contract terms.
Strategic Planning and Reporting:
Develop and maintain detailed project plans for process improvement initiatives, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved.
Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide visibility into contingent workforce metrics, performance, and outcomes.
Present findings, progress, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
