Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Microsoft SQL server Database Administrator. The Senior SQL server DBA will be responsible for managing SQL server databases, performing database administration, troubleshooting, designing databases, and implementing high-availability solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Provide a high level of service and ensure customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with other departments to achieve business goals
* Plan and implement a backup strategy
* Design and troubleshoot HA & DR solutions
* Optimize and tune database performance
* Participate in business development and product development by identifying opportunities to expand our service offerings and provide innovative solutions
* Share knowledge with the team and the community.

Requirements:
Minimal Qualifications:
* At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft data Platform, specifically in the SQL server Database Engine.
* Experience with HA/DR, Maintenance, Performance Tuning, and Troubleshooting.
* Fluent in Hebrew and English (read, write, and speak).
* This position is open to residents of Israel only.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
* High level of knowledge and experience in the Microsoft BI and Analysis Platforms, including:
* SQL server Integration Services (SSIS)
* SQL server Reporting Services (SSRS)
* Azure data Factory
* Power BI
* Azure NoSQL data Platforms (Databricks, Azure data Explorer, etc.)
