Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements, provide technical demonstrations, and craft customized solutions that address client pain points.
Technical Implementation: Lead technical implementations, working with customer teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions into their systems.
Post-sales: attend post sales cadences with our key and strategic customers, identify new challenges and opportunities and see them through. Train customers on best practices and effective use of our solutions to maximize their success.
Build a strong relationship and be the technical trusted advisor of the customer to help them achieve their business goals.
Lead technical workshops for our prospects and customers base.
3+ years of experience in a technical client-facing role (e.g., Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer) within a SaaS, cloud, or data-focused organization, including, hands-on technical design, implementation, or consulting experience.
Proficiency in web/scripting technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, and familiarity with SaaS applications.
Experience with headless browsing tools like Selenium, Puppeteer, or Playwright.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Fluent English – a must.
