Responsibilities
Partner with Technical Account Managers and customers to deeply understand their security challenges and technical environments.
Act as a customer advocate within R&D discussions. Translate customer needs and limitations into actionable technical requirements for product development.
Design and architect custom solutions to overcome complex technical challenges faced by our enterprise clients.
Leverage your expertise in public cloud architecture to design secure and scalable deployments on AWS, GCP, and Azure.
Collaborate closely with R&D to stay current on our technology roadmap and ensure your solutions leverage the latest capabilities.
Provide technical leadership to the Customer Success team, assisting in evaluating requirements, planning solutions, and driving successful implementations.
5+ years of experience in software/solution engineering, preferably within a Cybersecurity company.
Proven track record of architecting secure and scalable solutions in public cloud environments (AWS, GCP, and Azure) with a focus on networking.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Fluency in English is required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for finding innovative solutions.
A willingness to travel internationally and work collaboratively with colleagues across time zones, including overlap with US working hours.
Experience with Python and Typescript (a plus).
