Required Solution Delivery Manager
As a Solution Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring on time in budget and in quality delivery of our projects and projects to our valued customers.
Your job will include customer facing and interaction, managing change requests & requirements definitions as well as closely work and monitor internal teams R&D, Support, Customer success etc., to manage successful end-to-end delivery processes to the pleasure of our customers.
Your D2D will include:
Oversee the delivery process of our products and projects to customers, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with internal teams, R&D, Support, Customer success, Account managers etc. to ensure delivery activities and resolve any bottlenecks.
Deep technical understanding of company products & solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer delivery inquiries, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to prioritize delivery tasks and allocate resources effectively.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, customers & partners to understand their needs and ensure successful delivery outcomes.
Evaluate customer change requests and define requirements for the development team, ensuring clear understanding and implementation.
Track and manage change requests throughout the delivery process, ensuring timely implementation and communication with stakeholders.
Track project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve project issues and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
On going improvement of project management processes and work methodologies.

Requirements:
A good fit would be:
Bachelors degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in project management in the technology industry, preferably in the automotive.
Experience in customer facing roles.
Experience in writing requirements & design documents to R&D
Strong understanding of hardware, firmware, and SaaS development processes.
Passion about technology
Experience in leading Data and BI projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in handling customer change requests and delivering solutions that meet their requirements.
Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
A good fit would be:
