* Lead and manage end-to-end software projects — from planning and design to development, testing, and delivery.
* Coordinate between R&D, Product, Design, QA, and external stakeholders.
* Ensure project delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
* Define project goals, KPIs, and success metrics in alignment with company strategy.
* Implement Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) and continuously optimize workflows.
* Identify risks and drive proactive solutions.
