10+ years of overall relevant experience
5+ years of experience leading a team
Proven Experience in Golang programming
Experience in extending Kubernetes with plugins
Self and quick learning abilities
Proven track record of working in remote & distributed teams
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience in Linux & Networking
Excellent social and written communication skills
Knowledge with Kubernetes Networking / CNI plugins
Involvement in OpenSource projects / community.
