How you will contribute:
Lead and manage growing team of developers and possibly devops
Own the full development lifecycle from requirement to design, implementation and testing in Agile methodology
Work closely with all relevant cross-functional teams (Product, Designers, Sales, Marketing, and QA)
Manage ongoing maintenance and improvement of product features
Development of a FinTech start-up, financed by industry-relevant investors and partners

Education:
B.Sc in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent field
Experience:
Minimum of 6 years in software design and development
At least 2 years in a management role
At least 2 years in Python backend development
Experience working in a cloud environment, preferably AWS
Experience with databases, preferably MySQL, ClickHouse, and/or Snowflake
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes
Skills:
Strong team player mentality
Fluent in written and spoken English
