We are looking for a Software Lead.
How you will contribute:
Lead and manage a growing team of developers and data scientists.
Own the full development lifecycle from the requirement to design, implementation, and testing in Agile methodology.
Work closely with all relevant cross-functional teams (Product, Designers, Sales, Marketing, and QA)
Manage ongoing maintenance and improvement of product features.
Development of a FinTech start-up, financed by industry-relevant investors and partners

Requirements:
B.sc in computer science, information systems, engineering or equivalent required
At least 2 years of management experience
At least 6 years of industry experience in software design & development
At least 2 years of experience in Python backend development
At least 1 year of experience in nodeJS
Experience working with a cloud environment, preferably in AWS
Experience working with databases, preferably MySQL and/or snowflake
Experience working with Agile methodologies, using CI/CD processes
Team player mentality
Fluent written and spoken English
Strong advantage:
Experience working with data engineering and data science teams
Experience in B2B products
Experience working for a Fintech company
