Engineering Excellence
Set the Standard: Implement best practices in software architecture, performance, and scalability. You ensure our solutions are not just functional, but maintainable and robust.
Operational Rigor: Oversee the reliability of our large-scale SaaS environment, implementing smart monitoring and incident management to ensure our clinicians always have the tools they need.
Optimize Performance: Establish and track engineering KPIs to measure team health and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Proven Leadership: 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams, including direct management of Team Leads.
Technical Depth: 10+ years in software engineering with expertise across the stack (Front-end, Back-end, Databases, and Cloud).
Mission Alignment: A genuine desire to use your engineering talents to make a positive impact on behavioral health.
Strategic Execution: A track record of delivering high-quality software on time, navigating ambiguity with a results-oriented mindset.
Communication: Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and build bridges across the organization.
