The position
Mobileye is seeking a driven and dynamic Software Execution Manager to join our team and shape the future of Autonomous Driving systems. This role involves managing the execution of Mobileye commitments, leading technical discussions, and ensuring timely software delivery.
What will your job look like?
Manage execution of Mobileye commitments to automotive partners, including determining Platform SW (base SW) delivery content and timeline.
Lead external and internal technical discussions to determine and integrate delivered features.
Define product roadmap and release planning, track execution, and remove blockers.
Collaborate with R&D, System teams, and external customers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Identify and close gaps in execution efforts across all projects.
All you need is:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science (MBA is a plus).
Minimum 3 years in a Product/Project Management role.
Proven ability to build roadmaps and execute complex projects.
Strong analytical skills and business thinking.
Experience in system design, architecture, and software development for embedded systems.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage with senior leadership.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Willingness to travel as needed.
