We are looking for a SOFTWARE ENGINEERING TEAM LEADER.
As a Scrum Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading an Agile team to deliver high-quality software solutions. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving team collaboration, optimizing processes, and ensuring the timely delivery of the product.
In this position, you will:
Lead Agile Scrum Team including dailies, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and high performance.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, other Team Leaders, Architects, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the team delivers on commitments and meets sprint goals effectively.
Continuously evaluate and improve Dev processes to optimize team performance and delivery efficiency.
Identify and mitigate risks proactively, ensuring the team remains focused on delivering value while adapting to changing priorities and challenges.
Facilitate clear communication and alignment within the team and across stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed and engaged in achieving project objectives.

Technical Experience: Technical experience in working with one or more of the following: C#, .NET Core, Node.js, SQL, REST API, Docker containers.
Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and resolve conflicts within the team.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
