10+ year experience engineer.
engineer that has excellent skills in the following categories:
C++, C
Linux, windows
experience in developing communication products that require compliance with standards
it – resourceful, can handle devop tasks no need to be it guru
networking – deep network understanding (dns, routing, firewalls, etc)
obviously, a big pro would be VOIP knowledge.
