What it takes
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in JS, HTML, CSS, and React within a Front-End environment.
Experience in design solutions and features for front-end applications, including the ability to architect robust, scalable, and maintainable UI systems.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, design systems, and component-based architecture.
2+ years of experience in Java development, Spring, and design patterns.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
Good analytical skills and understanding of Data Structures.
Advantages
Backend integration experience with Java/Spring or similar REST platforms.
Experience in Web Client-Server architecture
Working with large scale systems
Strong CSS skills
Technical leading of features definition, design and implementation including leading implementing task force
Experience with Angular / React.
Experience in multithreaded systems.
Understanding of security principles.
Strong knowledge of java features and java internals (up to Java21)
