As a Social Media Specialist, youll be responsible for creating the best end-to-end experience for our players.
Responsibilities:
Build and foster relationships with the companys active community.
Plan engagement strategies across several social media and online channels.
Be responsible for the community development and engagement, including the design and execution of strategy.
Develop a professional, positive and enthusiastic voice to be used when communicating with the online community.

Provide effective research audit of market potential, key barriers to growth, consumer insights, competitive reporting and other key marketing requirements.
Be the focal point between the company and its players, responding to their requests and presenting comprehensive information regarding the products and services offered by the company.
Sort and funnel customer issues that surface in the community to the proper place and escalation path and coordinate closely with various stakeholders.

Experience creating, moderating, or managing forums.
Strong proven analytical skills
Can-do personality, creative and committed to improve and continuously learn.
