Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand, goals, and target audiences.
Manage and grow presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Plan, create, and publish engaging and high-performing content, including posts, videos, and stories.
Collaborate with the creative studio to deliver platform-tailored content and campaigns.
Track, measure, and analyze performance to continuously improve engagement, reach, and conversions.
Monitor trends, audience behavior, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Partner with Demand Gen, Product Marketing,, brand, and customer marketing teams to amplify campaigns and company news.
Build and manage the social media content calendar, ensuring consistency, timeliness, and quality.
Engage directly with our community, fostering authentic interactions and responding to comments.
Lead employer branding and executive social initiatives in partnership with HR and leadership.
35 years of managing social media for a global B2B or SaaS brand.
Deep understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and content formats.
Strong creative judgment and ability to write in a brand-consistent tone of voice.
Experience working with analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics).
A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and ability to move fast.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Video and visual storytelling skills a strong plus.
Native-level English required.
