We are looking for a full-time Social media Manager with over three years of experience to join our team in Ramat Gan.
The ideal candidate has exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor engaging content to different audiences and platforms.

Responsibilities –
Manage several social media accounts at once.
In charge of copywriting, content creation, publishing and direct engagement on instagram, facebook, twitter, TikTok, and YouTube, while optimizing social posts across the different platforms.
Identify and execute new strategies for growing social media audiences and deepening engagement, increasing targeted followers, etc.
Develop and implement a social media influencer communication strategy.
Monitor daily social content and implement community and engagement strategies.

Solid knowledge of all the main social media platforms rules and trends, and understanding of the unique psychology of each platform – A MUST
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English – A MUST
3+ years of experience in social media management with a proven track record in being able to grow social channels and engagement.
Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content.
Proactive, generating creative new ideas.
Basic graphic design and AI tools skills (Canva, ChatGPT, etc.)
Arabic mother tongue level – A STRONG ADVANTAGE
Background in intelligence army unit – A STRONG ADVANTAGE
