As our Social Media Creator & MarCom, you will develop high-impact content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. Youll conceptualize, script, film, edit, and optimize content while integrating AI-driven video and image creation tools into your workflow.
You will also own our social content calendar, write posts designed to drive engagement, and manage our newsletter and email marketing activities-ensuring unified, compelling communication across all channels.
What Youll Do
Produce original short-form videos tailored to each social platform
Lead end-to-end content creation: ideation, scripting, filming, editing, publishing
Write high-engagement social posts that spark interaction and drive reach
Leverage AI tools for video creation, image generation, animations, and creative enhancement
Manage and maintain the social content calendar, ensuring consistency and strategic alignment
Own the newsletter and email marketing activities, including writing, design coordination, segmentation, and performance optimization
Repurpose content into high-performing assets across social and email (manual + AI-assisted)
Partner with performance, brand, product, and content teams to support campaigns and launches
Stay on top of platform trends, creators, formats, and emerging AI tools
Analyze performance metrics and refine creative strategy accordingly.

2+ years of experience in social media content creation or marketing communications (B2B or B2C)
Proven ability to create, film, and edit high-quality short-form videos (portfolio required)
Hands-on experience with AI video and image creation tools (Runway, Midjourney, Sora, Pika, D-ID, etc.)
Strong copywriting skills, including crafting engaging social content and email copy
Experience managing newsletters and email marketing campaigns
Familiarity with email platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo, or similar)
Strong understanding of social media best practices, analytics, and audience behavior
Experience planning and owning a social content calendar
Creative storyteller with strong visual and editorial instincts
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
Motion graphics, paid social experience, UGC creation, or marketing automation skills
