How you’ll spend your day
• Creates transport bookings in the Teva Control Center (TCC) tracking system, coordinates and monitors their execution on a daily basis
• Creates requests for new transport lanes set up on behalf of different Teva trading entities
• Proactively informs the customers about the timeline of the deliveries and transport costs
• Collects proofs of delivery from the system within the standard time frame and provides them to the customers
• Strictly follows the agreed TCC SLI guideline to successfully book the shipments “right first time”
• Solves standard logistics issues with minimum supervision of the direct manager, evaluates all the parameters of the assignment to make sure the efficiency and proper delivery of products
• When needed takes part in the logistics initiatives and/or projects assigned to the team and completes the tasks within the deadline
• When required analyses all available transport options, cost versus lead-time and provides the best solution to the customer within acceptable timeframe
• Demonstrates the highest level of service and quality
Your experience and qualifications
• Bachelor degree or equivalent, student final year – preferably in scientific or business management discipline
• Very good knowledge of English language- verbal and written
• Very good knowledge and experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
• ERP experience – SAP or other business management system will be considered as an advantage
• Very good knowledge of the specifics in the transportation business will be considered as an advantage
• Good communication skills, paying attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
