We are seeking an experienced Senior Technology Executive to lead a critical assessment and modernization project for a major bank’s legacy system. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of legacy systems, digital platforms, and banking operations, with a proven track record of driving large-scale technology transformation projects. This role involves managing the technological aspects of a project that aims to improve and modernize a legacy system that supports millions of users across various channels, including digital platforms and bank branches.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Leadership: Lead the assessment, planning, and execution of the modernization of the bank’s legacy systems, ensuring alignment with the overall digital transformation strategy.
* Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership, IT teams, and external vendors to define project goals, requirements, and success criteria. Act as the primary point of contact for all technology-related aspects of the project.
* Technical Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive technical strategy for the modernization of legacy systems, focusing on scalability, reliability, and integration with new digital platforms.
* system Integration: Oversee the integration of legacy systems with new digital platforms, ensuring seamless coexistence and minimal disruption to ongoing operations during the transition period.
