Responsibilities:
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the project and will manage the day-to-day activities associated with it. This includes leading the development team, providing direction and support to the project , tracking project progress, write specifications and ensuring quality deliverables are produced on time. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the client to understand his requirements and expectations, ensuring successful communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
• Computer Science/Industrial Engineering and Management/ Information Systems or a similar background. • At least 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager (preferably at fintech field). • Experience in managing/leading software development teams. • Technical background and understanding of software development processes and methodologies. • Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools. • Experience using Jira. • Experience in working with and understanding the needs of the customers. • Strong attention to details. • Knowledge in the payment industry – a big advantage. • Independent, leadership, decision-maker. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
