What you’ll be doing
Work in close partnership with Product and Engineering teams to establish, optimize and maintain needed processes and procedures for time-saving and efficiency
Ensure successful program and project delivery by providing stakeholders metrics on program delivery and recommendations for continuous improvement
Apply your expertise in SDLC and Agile methodology to guide and support your project teams throughout the entire program lifecycle.
Effectively align stakeholders by managing program scope, schedules, and navigating changes.
Utilize program and project management tools, such as JIRA and Airtable to track, report and manage program progress, risks and roadblocks.
Strong leadership skills, including building relationships, providing fierce feedback, actively listening, and driving for alignment.
Proven experience in managing programs and projects in Product or Engineering organizations
Demonstrated success in managing large-scale cross-functional teams and delivering programs on schedule.
Expertise in SDLC and Agile methodology, with a strong understanding of program & project management best practices.
Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations, quickly adapt to change, and make informed decisions.
You might also have
Proficiency in program & project management tools, such as JIRA, Airtable. Hands-on experience working with automation tech such as Airtable Automation is a plus.
Familiarity with structured query language (SQL) for data analysis and reporting.
PMP certification or equivalent program & project management certifications is an asset
