We are growing quickly and were looking for a Senior Tech Lead to direct our engineering teams and influence our product roadmap. This is more than a technical position, though. Youll be collaborating across teams, informing our business decisions, and creatively finding solutions to all of our scaling challenges.
WHAT YOULL DO AS A SENIOR TECH LEAD
Take ownership for the design, development, maintenance, testing strategy, and operations of API services written primarily in C# with SQL and NoSQL databases hosted in AWS.
Collaborate with business leads across the company to define milestones and deliveries on very short time frames for new functionality to be added to existing systems.
You will be the first voice for the engineering organization on the systems your team owns.
Manage design review meetings, planning high scale solutions, and review the existing solutions.
Lead your team in design sessions and ensure your team delivers high-quality work that aligns with our' engineering strategy.

Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience as a Technical Lead in large size organization or at least 2 years as an Architect in a small/mid size organization.
At least 7 years of experience working in Agile Scrum environment, delivering projects E2E to production and evolving them.
A solid knowledge in microservices architecture and NoSql databases.
Ideally, you have experience as the expert on a development team where you were responsible for everything from planning to delivering key features and management of those features.
Solid cloud-native experience with containerized microservices, data grids, auto-scaling, and managed infrastructures.
Expertise with at least one object-oriented language like C# or Java.
Familiarity with AWS services and infrastructure.
You also have the ability to write automated comprehensive test suites at all levels of the architecture.
Excellent troubleshooting skills, real-time decision-making, and responsiveness to problem-solving that put the customer experience first.
