We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Partner to join our people team.
Here are a few of the things you will do:
Lead end-to-end hiring processes for various departments including Engineering, Product, Data, Marketing, etc.
Work closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and strategize recruitment plans
Proactively focus on creative methods to ensure a consistent top-of-funnel pipeline of qualified candidates such as direct sourcing, referrals, and more
Monitoring hiring processes using data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and hiring success.
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact to final decision
Lead out employer brand activities such as meetups, referral programs, participating conferences, tech events, etc.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience recruiting end-to-end in startups or hi-tech companies
Experience in in-depth behavioral interviews
Experience in sourcing and building pipelines
Experience in data analysis
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong relationship-building skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
Team player with strong communication skills, egoless, and positive attitude
Ability to take ownership and make an impact
